The detection object of yarn passes between the light projecting part and the light receiving part which faced, the detector detects the existence of detection object,it is monitoring whether a detection object runs normally.

About the DHF type, the combination of basic configuration is  the amplifier, the light projecting part and the light receiving part..

The product is attached to a plate fixing the light projecting part and the light receiving part.

Because this product is a complete noncontact type which does not directly contact with a yarn, it is a yarn breakage system with high reliability without damaging a yarn.

Detection distance is longer than the reflection type.

The dimensions and shape of the sensor body can be arbitrary manufactured using steel plate within 300 mm of light axis distance.

(In this case, the amplifier is placed separately. The main body of DHF-145 is an example of this.)
